Before you register

Registering a company in Estonia.

Estonia doesn't accept a standard virtual office plan as a registered business address — a dedicated coworking desk or private office plan is required instead, which is a notable catch given Estonia's reputation, via e-Residency, as one of the easiest EU countries to incorporate in remotely. The registered-address requirement is the one piece of that process that still needs more than a mailbox.

Who actually uses a virtual office here

Common among e-Residency founders who've otherwise done the entire incorporation process online, then need to solve the physical-address requirement as a separate step.
