Before you register

Registering a company in Turkey.

Turkish trade registries require a notarized workplace-usage certificate for the registered address before a company can be formed — an extra notarization step most other markets don't require — so a provider needs to be explicitly set up to issue this document, not just hand over an address.

Who actually uses a virtual office here

Used by import/export trading companies and holding structures taking advantage of Istanbul's position between European and Middle Eastern markets.
